It is set out in four sections - asking the questions: Is our own house in order? Do we respect the rights of children and families? Are our staff members confident and competent? Do we work well with others? In each section there is rationale, information about the approaches and actions promoted and some check points against which organisations can evaluate their own performance and identify where changes are needed.
