520 _bThis Compliance Framework provides guidance to program providers on how they will be assessed and may be registered as compliant with the Practice Standards for Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (the Practice Standards). Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (MBCPs) must be registered to receive funding or referrals from the New South Wales (NSW) Government. Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) between the Department of Justice and other government agencies require that funding and referrals to MBCPs are contingent upon program compliance with the standards. The Compliance Framework should be read in conjunction with the Practice Standards (#6867). It has four parts. The Practice Standards and Compliance Framework may be updated. (From the document). See the website for related documents. Record #6868
