| 520 | _aThe Ministry of Health (MOH) Violence Intervention Programme (VIP) seeks to reduce and prevent the health impacts of family violence and abuse through early identification, assessment and referral of victims presenting to designated District Health Board (DHB) services. The Ministry of Health-funded national resources support a comprehensive, systems approach to addressing family violence, particularly intimate partner violence (IPV) and child abuse and neglect (CAN). [1, 2] This report documents three VIP evaluation work streams (1) DHB programme inputs (system infrastructure indicators), (2) DHB outputs (snapshot clinical audits of service delivery) and (3) DHB improvements (based on model for improvement Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles). In this report, we focus on DHB data for the period 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019. This report provides the Ministry, DHBs and service users with information and accountability data regarding VIP implementation.
