| 520 | _aThe Government is investing $15.379 million from Budget 2018 so that family violence service providers can work with whānau and families to break intergenerational cycles of abuse through post-crisis support. Whānau Resilience services will be nationally procured and regionally designed, enabling family violence service providers to offer long-term support to individuals, families and whānau affected by family violence. The Phase one design phase will commence in July 2019, once contracts have been allocated. Phase Two - delivery is planned to begin in July 2020. The attached documents provide information from the consultation, pre-tender process. The Workshop presentation powerpoint (27 page PDF) provided an overview of Whānau Resilience, asked participants "What might Whānau Resilience look like in your community?" and outlined the procuring and contracting process. In February 2019, a workshop summary (18 page PDF) was published along with a Questions & answers document (15 page PDF).
