520 _aThe Minister for Social Development established an Expert Advisory Panel in April 2015 to oversee the development of a business case for modernising Child, Youth and Family. The Panel wanted a deeper understanding of young people's service experience through one-on-one interviews and ethnographic based research The Panel asked young people who have had contact with Child, Youth and Family to share their experiences to help the Panel rethink statutory services for vulnerable children and young people. The Panel also spoke to the adults playing key roles in the lives of vulnerable children and young people, their parents, caregivers, and social workers. (From the document). This research is brought together in this one "Insights" document, along with the OIA letter which triggered its release. Record #5969
