520 _aThe Restorative Justice Victim Satisfaction Survey measures victims’ experiences of, and satisfaction with Ministry of Justice-funded restorative justice processes. For this research, victims or their representatives from 24 restorative justice providers around New Zealand were interviewed via telephone. Of the 329 respondents, most (n=289; 88%) attended the conference that was held. Gravitas Research and Strategy Ltd was commissioned to telephone interview victims for whom a restorative justice process had been held between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2015.
