The project is a joint collaboration between the New Zealand Police, Stopping Violence Services (SVS), Battered Women’s Trust (BWT), Ōtautahi Māori Women’s Refuge (OWR), West Christchurch Women's Refuge (WWR) and Aviva (formerly known as Christchurch Women’s Refuge).
