520			_aThe Government of Victoria (Australia) announced the Protecting Victoria’s Vulnerable Children Inquiry on 31 January 2011. The Inquiry was tasked with investigating systemic problems in Victoria’s child protection system and making recommendations to strengthen and improve the protection and support of vulnerable young Victorians. The Minister for Community Services tabled the report of the Inquiry in the Victorian Parliament on 28 February 2012. Volume 1 includes Terms of Reference, Foreword, Acknowledgements, Executive summary, List of recommendations, List of findings and matters for attention, and an Implementation plan. Volume 2 includes discussion of these matters in 23 chapters. Volume 3 comprises Appendices, Abbreviations and References. The report can be downloaded (via the webpage link provided) a number of PDF files or the entire report can be downloaded as a 15 MB file.
