The booklet provides a variety of appendices, such as body diagram sheets, referral forms, legal issues, and list of references. The Appendix, "Information on the Child, Youth and Family Referral Procedures", outlines step-by-step advice on making a referral and receiving a follow-up to Child, Youth and Family. The "Procedures for Practices" appendix recommends procedures related to cultural considerations, assessment, consultation, and referrals.
