It is also an account of the police investigation surrounding this case, which was named Operation Park. The author believes that in many respects, the account of Operation Park can be seen as a case study in management techniques, and also as a lesson in leadership and team building. In-depth interviews were conducted with the police and many other people involved in the case in constructing this story.
