The Workforce Capability Framework outlines the skills, knowledge and organisational support the workforce needs in order to provide an integrated, consistent and effective response to victims, perpetrators and their families. This framework and the Family violence Risk Assessment and Management Framework (RAMF) (#5458) were launched at the Family Violence Summit held in Wellington on 7 June 2017 (follow the link for more information about the Summit and see Ministers Adams and Tolley's press release and the NZFVC news item for more information about the frameworks).
