N2  - This report  presents the stories of 12 whānau who completed whānau plans during Phase One of Whānau Ora.

Although the Whānau Integration, Innovation and Engagement (WIIE) Fund is no longer available, this study provides a wealth of information and exemplars to support other whānau who maybe keen to initiate and develop their own plans.

It documents key factors that contribute to whānau development and outcomes. 

A unique aspect of this publication is the process of gathering these whānau narratives using a whānau-centred research approach.
