The Panel wanted a deeper understanding of young people's service experience through one-on-one interviews and ethnographic based research The Panel asked young people who have had contact with Child, Youth and Family to share their experiences to help the Panel rethink statutory services for vulnerable children and young people. The Panel also spoke to the adults playing key roles in the lives of vulnerable children and young people, their parents, caregivers, and social workers. (From the document).
