The Committee decided to establish the Domestic Violence Special Projects Committee to: - review the practical workings of the Domestic Violence Act 1995 from the family lawyer's perspective, and - to recommend changes to the Act, if changes were perceived as necessary as a result of information gathered from practitioners. Practitioners' responses form the basis of this report. (From pages 4 & 5). Record #5014 ER -
