N2  - This study systematically reviewed coroners' records of late-life homicide-suicides in New Zealand. All closed cases with a suicide verdict (age 65+) over a five-year period (July 2007–December 2012) were reviewed. Of the 225 suicides, 4 cases of homicide-suicide were identified. Aspects such as intimate partner violence, filicide and siblicide related to these cases are discussed. Record #4652
