N2  - This research project was conducted for the Ministry of Social Development and inquires into new models of service delivery in the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector in the
Canterbury region, which for the purpose of this report includes central Christchurch, North Canterbury, Selwyn District and Mid Canterbury. This report takes into account the relevance of
the post-earthquake setting. Specific attention is given to the potential for co-location and community hubs. The research provides key guiding principles and recommendations, which support effective collaborative efforts and highlight the cost implications for accommodation sharing.
