This report presents the findings of a formative evaluation of the Christchurch Metro Police Safety Order Project. The project is a joint collaboration between the New Zealand Police, Stopping Violence Services (SVS), Battered Women’s Trust (BWT), Ōtautahi Māori Women’s Refuge (OWR), West Christchurch Women's Refuge (WWR) and Aviva (formerly known as Christchurch Women’s Refuge). The Metro PSO Project commenced as a pilot project on the 25th December 2012.
