This report details how in Australia, the shadow pandemic of domestic and family violence evolved as a crisis alongside the health and economic crises created by COVID-19. The response to the crises provided both opportunities and challenges. <br/><br/>DAHLIA-19 (Domestic Abuse - Harnessing Learning Internationally during COVID-19) is an international research study exploring domestic abuse policy and practice for survivors, children and perpetrators during the Covid-19 pandemic.
