This is the second report from Te Uepū Hāpai i te Ora - Safe and<br/>Effective Justice Advisory Group. Turuki! Turuki! calls for a fundamental reshaping of<br/>Aotearoa New Zealand’s justice system to one which<br/>prevents harm, addresses its causes, and promotes<br/>healing and restoration among individuals and<br/>communities. This requires a new vision, stronger<br/>values, and a long-term commitment to transformation<br/>throughout the justice system and wider social systems<br/>that determine justice outcomes.
