| Summary, etc | "Evolving over several years, the Dowse Cycle of Violence engages men in domestic violence behaviour change programmes (BCPs) on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Australia. This region has one of the highest rates of violence against women in the state. The dedication of non-government organisations that suppor these women has made possible the development of behaviour change programmes for abuse men in this area. So too has the contribution of men who have put their hand up to share in the evolution of the cycle model" (Author's introductory paragraph). |
