This s the first report in a series planned under the Next Chapter partnership between CBA and GVRN. To develop this report, GVRN conducted a comprehensive review of academic literature to identify and analyse existing research on economic and financial abuse. The focus of this report is economic and financial abuse in the context of intimate partner violence (IPV). Based on a comprehensive review of academic literature, the review makes a number of key findings summarised below.
