This Issues Paper outlines what is known about the nature and extent of bullying and harassment at work in New Zealand, and examines current systems for preventing and responding to such behaviour.
The government is seeking feedback from individuals and groups who have considered or have experience with these systems. MBIE want to hear how systems and policies are working to prevent and respond to bullying and harassment, what areas are working well and not so well, and what opportunities for improvement there may be.
