Waikato Women's Refuge Te Whakaruruhau in partnership with Ngā Pae o te Māramatanga hosted Te Whakaruruhau-Partnering for Whānau Symposium on the 19th - 20th July 2018.
The symposium brought together targeted groups of government, non-government, local community organisations, Iwi, researchers, legal representatives, reformed perpetrators and survivors of domestic violence to network, exchange success stories and discuss the challenges the whānau face when dealing with domestic violence.
