These guidelines are for providers that the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) contracts with to provide Elder Abuse Response Services (EARS). Providers’ Outcome Agreements require that EARS are delivered in accordance with these Guidelines. These Guidelines form part of the Outcome Agreement.
