"In 2009, Te Puni Kōkiri commissioned work on Te Puāwaitanga o te Kākano. The aim was to explore Māori views and understandings of sexual violence. The document examines traditional and contemporary knowledge relating to healthy relationships for Maori. This kaupapa Maori research
