Nga Vaka o Kāiga Tapu - The Pasefika Proud Research Plan - is a five-year plan that aims to generate and theorise knowledge on Pasefika families and family violence, strategically align with and support national family violence and cross-sector, and clearly define research priorities for investment. The plan is the first of its kind to carry cultural significance across the Pacific for the Pasefika peoples of Niue, Cook Islands, Fiji, Tuvalu, Samoa, Tokelau and Tonga living in Aotearoa New Zealand today.
