This seminar focused on primary prevention child abuse programmes that are already working in the community as well as exploring the gaps. The cost of non-intervention is also considered. This is the first comprehensive drawing together of programmes operating throughout New Zealand. The key findings were to be preesented at the Internationla Year of the Family seminar in Auckland in December 1994.
