The Office for Women (OfW) commissioned Access Economics to undertake a study of the costs of domestic violence to the Australian economy. The objective of the project is to undertake an accurate and comprehensive estimation of the costs of domestic violence to the Australian economy. This final report of the project documents the achievement
of the project objective and outcomes. The study has benefited
from the input of the Partnerships Against Domestic Violence
Taskforce and other experts. However, the conclusions are
