This kit is intended as a resource for facilitators delivering information for groups on the Domestic Violence Act 1995, the Harassment Act 1997, including applying for and using Protection Orders and Restraining Orders. The kit provides a practical, user friendly approach for training and includes: •Trainer's plan and tips for delivery to range of audiences •Training modules •Powerpoint presentation on CD •Case studies •Course handout master copies (for copying) •Revision exercises •References including contact list and further resource material.

This kit was created by the Legal Services Agency in 2005. On 1 July 2011 the Legal Services Agency was disestablished and its funding integrated into the Ministry of Justice. This resource continues to be updated by the Ministry of Justice. Updated to Version E, March 2012. CD-Rom replaced with March 2012 version.
