This evaluation was to determine whether the Australian 'Learning to Relate without Violence and Abuse Program' (LTRWVA) contributed to the achievement of community safety objectives. The LTRWVA was a 24-week education program for men who use violence in their relationships. It was designed to provide men with an opportunity to stop their violent and abusive behaviour towards their partners.
