This resource kit looks at 59 family violence prevention projects that are running in Victoria, Australia as part of the work done by the 30 Family Violence Prevention Networks agencies. The kit provides an overview of family violence in the State of Victoria including political and legal context, statistics and information about Victoria's Family Violence Prevention Network. It then details each project accompanied by case studies or examples from the projects. Projects are grouped by who the project is primarily targeted to working with; community, women, men, children and young people and projects focused at changing law and policy. The last section focuses on lesson learnt and tips in working in the family violence sector. The kit has been designed as resource for to help people undertaking community-based community based projects.
