A response to Neville Robertson
Stewart, Gordon
A response to Neville Robertson Stewart, Gordon - Wellington Butterworths 1994 - Butterworths Family Law Journal .
Butterworths Family Law Journal 1(7) December 1994 : 150
This commentary responds to Neville Robertson's criticism of the author in relation to changes proposed in the Davison Report. The author suggests that he and Robertson have a difference of opinion regarding the Davison Report which, in his view, is made clear by their respective articles. The author expresses concern regarding a perceived personal attack by Robertson. This centres on Robertson's comment about the author having a tendency to minimise, trivialise and make invisible violence against women and children within the family. Stewart contends that the article he wrote was from an objective perspective and accuses Robertson of reading too much into his choice of words.
