This literature review was commissioned by the High and Complex Needs Unit of Child, Youth and Family as the first part of a larger project to develop good practice guidelines for collaboration. The aim of the literature review is to discuss the New Zealand and overseas literature since 2002 on collaboration, building on the review 'Integrated Service Delivery and Regional Coordination: a Literature Review', conducted by Alison Gray in 2002.
